Jewelry Wishlist

Hello lovely readers, thought I'd take a break from the beauty posts and do something a little different for you all. I enjoy wishlists as I think they are a great way to channel my inner shopaholic, it allows me to make a note of what I want right now, and revisit it in the near future. In doing so, this gives me time to see if I really want these items, or is it a case of the impulse purchase that I will later regret. Working in Oasis has turned me into a bit of a statement necklace addict, whenever I go shopping, I always find myself in the jewelry section so it's no wonder that this post is all about jewelry.

I actually went to the store in Covent Garden and fell in love with this necklace! I love how all the colors work together and form the opposite of chaos. I also love how the coins gives it that 'belly dancer' style look, but on your neck (Wait? Did that make any sense?). I decided to leave this necklace on the shelf because I thought £20 is a lot to pay, I mean that is pretty much the price of my foundation! Also think that statement necklaces are often jewelry that you wear once or twice at a push. Not because they aesthetically beautiful but because they are so unique and recognizable, that it's hard to pair it with more than one outfit unless of course you work in environment where jewelry are a day to day essential.

There are quite a few ASOS necklaces on here, I found them all on a random ASOS window browse session. This one looks so cool on the model and I could see myself rocking this with a black body con dress during the summer times. It's such a bold necklace that can add that little something to any plain outfit.

I recently been into Warehouse and their jewelry (as well as their sale) caught my eye. I don't have a lot of rings but I want to get into the swing of wearing them. I don't know what it is about rings, but I think they give my hands that extra loving, making them look all pretty and dressed up. I've never got into rings, I think this is because I remember buying a stunning ring when I was younger, and loosing it cause I took it off to wash my hands... SCARRED FOR LIFE!

This one is the simplest out of the selection. I love anything circular and rose gold, put the two together and you get this gorgeous choker necklace. It can add a touch of femininity to any situation. The color is quite neutral and the design is subtle, which makes this ideal to match with many many outfits.

A complete contrast to number 4 but I want to wear this under a white blouse with a collar. I'm not sure it is my style but I'm always open to new things!

I'm not entirely sure what exactly caught my eye about this necklace, but the more I look at it, the more I am intrigued. I love the tribal chic (just made it up) feel it has. The chain is on the longer side, so the design sits just below the bust, which means even though it is a statement piece, I feel it is on the more subtle side as it is lower, meaning you won't see it straight away as you would with most other statement necklaces as they sit on your collar bone. I think it's a great conversational starter to ease you into any awkward chats.

When I saw this, I wanted it purely based on the fact that I can see myself as a goddess. Someone bring me my toga!

I was drawn to this one as I love the geometric shapes. The simplicity of it will go with most outfits without it stealing the show, instead it blends in with your style to add a slight sparkle without drawing attention away from your clothes. The symmetry and order gives me peace.

Thanks for reading, until next time.

  4. It should be wiped clean regularly with a damp, soft cloth, and a mild soap and water solution may be used to remove any makeup. Do not use a treated cloth to clean gold electroplate. my name necklace

  5. You should always look for a manufacturer's registered trademark on any gold jewelry item you purchase. It is located near the karat mark, and manufacturers take this trademark very seriously.personalised jewellry
