Beauty Bar | Exfolimate

Exfolimate is a very unique exfoliating tool which does not require anything other than water! It's specially formulated micro-grooves will help exfoliate your skin, leaving it feeling silky smooth afterward uses.

I think that this is product is a great idea! This beauty tool looks and feel very high quality and I feel as though a lot of thought has gone into this, every little detail from the shape of it to the extra waterproof string to make sure you don't lose it in your bathtub just gives the brand extra brownie points!

I'm not entirely sure if it is good for me because I did break out the day after I used it, which could be a positive thing as it means it is drawing out all the impurities under my skin. The experience of using this is very underwhelming because you can't really feel anything (although Angie told me that you aren't supposed to feel it so I should be using it right). I am the kind of person that really love getting a good scrub on! I mean, it is satisfying to scrub away your whole face but it's probably not doing your skin, especially your face any favours which is why I think that exfolimate will perhaps be a lot more effective in the long run. I would definitely keep using this but I feel like I am a little unsure about this product based on my first impressions so I cannot give you a concise conclusion other than to tell you that I do love the concept and am excited to incorporate this into my skincare routine.

Sorry I could not be more helpful but I would love to hear your thoughts on exfolimate nonetheless! You can find out more about the brand and product here.

Until next time,
Grace

  1. I got one of these as well & I'm extremely sceptical on whether to use it or gift it. My skin is sensitive and with news of your breakout, I will favour my latter choice

    1. If you're not feeling then definitely gift it to someone who might appreciate it more. I got too excited and wanted to try everything out!
